From the brand notNeutral, we've collaborated with world-champion baristas to design the perfect cups for an increasingly sophisticated craft. notNeutral was founded in 2001 by the award-winning multidisciplinary design firm RIOS, driven by a passion for great product design and the belief that architecture is more than just a building - it's everything in the designed environment.

After collaborating with world-champion baristas to create the perfect cups for specialty coffee, we entered the world of specialty coffee. The success of our iconic "Lino" collection has inspired us to continue our mission of designing extraordinary products for the specialty coffee and hospitality industries, informed by research, testing, and rigorous design.

At notNeutral, our design approach is centered on our customers and the industry we serve. We consider how to make ordinary objects easier to use, more beautiful, and more effortlessly integrated into people's daily lives. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, we design and prototype our products, and partner with industry professionals to test (and re-test!) to ensure their performance meets the highest standards.

The Lino collection, well-regarded for its meticulous design and iconic shape, quickly gained a global following among coffee aficionados and baristas alike. The interior curvature of each cup is optimized for latte art and thermal insulation, and the handle, flush with the rim of the cup, ensures comfort and control for barista and drinker alike. Available in a variety of sizes and colors, Lino cups can be found in coffee shops worldwide.
